Because wool is...
- A natural fiber once considered white gold, and it is our duty to restore its lost value.
- It has thermoregulatory properties, protecting against cold and heat, even in humid environments.
- It has antibacterial properties, preventing bad odor.
- It is biodegradable and does not pollute like other synthetic fabrics derived from plastic.
Recovery of traditional threads
Yarns made with local wool to promote the use of natural wool in the production of sustainable clothing as opposed to synthetic or artificial fabrics.
The yarn creation process takes place in the province, and the dyes are biodegradable. We create unique yarns in collaboration with the local farmers.
Native breeds
There are two varieties of Manchega sheep, according to their coat: one white, with depigmented mucous membranes - which is the most numerous - and another black, which is in danger of extinction.
The black sheep began to be separated from the flocks of La Mancha due to the difficulty of dyeing its wool, being a less profitable breed for the farmer.
